There are many types of chefs. the executive chef. supervises all other chefs and they hire other chefs and orders food and malerials.The sous chef is 2nd chef in charge, he plan menus,assists the executiue chef.The pastry chef baks, cakes, pies, cookies, and other desserts and special projects.The saucier chef makes sauces and meat in saue, makes differentgravies and such.
